Why people love it

A wellbeing app that respects your time — and your privacy

Most days you don't need a journal or a therapist. You just need a moment to notice how you are. TherapiShots makes that moment effortless.

⏱️

10 seconds, honestly

A visual mood selector — no long forms, no mood scores to chase. Tap and you're done.

🧭

Real patterns, not AI guesses

Insights are rule-based and transparent — e.g. "work shows up on your lower days." Never a diagnosis.

🔒

Private by default

Phone + OTP sign-in, no social feed, no ads, no tracking. Nothing is shared with a psychologist unless you choose to.

💬

Real human help

Feeling low? Book a 15-minute call with a verified psychologist, delivered over a WhatsApp call.

📅

Gentle, never pushy

Confirmations, calendar invites and reminders keep sessions easy — with no guilt-trip streak pressure.

🌗

Calm by design

A soft dusk palette, light & dark mode, and a quiet interface built to lower the temperature, not raise it.

How it works

Three taps, then get on with your day

1

Pick how you feel

Choose from nine warm, human moods on a single screen.

2

Add context (optional)

Tap a chip like work, sleep or people if something's driving it.

3

See it add up

Over days and weeks, quiet patterns and a personal "story" appear — and support is one tap away.

How we're different

Not another dopamine-chasing tracker

FAQ

Questions, answered

No. It's a private daily wellbeing check-in that helps you notice patterns in how you feel. When you want to talk to a professional, you can book a 15-minute call with a verified psychologist — but the app itself doesn't diagnose or treat anything.

About ten seconds. You tap how you feel on a single visual screen, optionally add a context chip, and you're done.

Yes. TherapiShots is private by default. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code — no passwords, no social login. There are no ads and no feeds, and nothing is ever shared with a psychologist unless you explicitly choose to share it.

If you'd like to talk to someone, you pick a verified psychologist and a time and pay for a 15-minute session. The call takes place over WhatsApp at the scheduled time, and you'll get a confirmation, a calendar invite and reminders.

Your insights are rule-based and transparent — for example, 'work has appeared most in your lower-mood check-ins.' AI is only ever used, with your consent, to gently reword those already-validated facts. It never diagnoses.

We're launching soon on iOS and Android. The daily check-in and your insights are free; you only pay if you choose to book a session with a psychologist. Join the list above and we'll let you know the moment it's live.
